About Cosmedicentre

A medical practice, not a shop or beauty salon.

Patient care & understanding

Being informed is a process.

Our primary concern is your physical health and psychological wellbeing. These are the principles every consultation follows.

01

Partnership

We practise in accordance with the medical and nursing board codes of conduct, working in partnership with you and involving you in every aspect of your treatment.

02

An honest assessment

Our clinical assessment at consultation is thorough. You have options, which we explain to you, including the option to do nothing.

03

Time to decide

You must ultimately decide what is best for you. If you need time to consider your options, we ask that you postpone treatment until you are ready.

04

Informed consent

We will not treat you without your informed consent. We explain the basics of ageing, how treatments work and their risks, and confirm your understanding first.

05

Information, with permission

Cosmetic medical science keeps advancing. With your permission we send information on the areas you are interested in, so you can weigh it up.

06

Health first

Sun care, not smoking, a healthy diet, enough water and exercise all complement your care. If you have doubts about your health, please see your GP.

Before you book

A few things we ask.

Simple steps that keep you, our team and every other patient safe.

  • Please do not have treatments if you are pregnant, planning to be, may be, or are breastfeeding.
  • Tell us about any major medical or health issues so we can take them into consideration.
  • Before your visit you may receive a screening phone call about your current health and concerns.
  • You are welcome to bring someone with you. Space in the clinic is limited, so please let us know.
  • If you are unwell, or have been around someone who is, please call to reschedule.
  • We ask that payments are made by eftpos rather than cash.
